By phone:

1-604-314-3811 worldwide or 604-314-3811 in the Vancouver area.

Please note that we do not provide free telephone crisis counseling. If you are seeking support during a crisis, please contact your local telephone crisis line. Although each region is different, local crisis line numbers can usually be found in the front section of most North American telephone directories. In emergencies, you are advised to call 9-1-1 in North America or your local telephone operator. For more information on crisis support, please click here.

By email:

mail@GayMensCounselling.com

Because of the threat posed by computer viruses, Gay Men's Counseling is unable to open emails that contain attachments. To better ensure that we receive your message, please send it in normal text format and include a brief descriptive subject line.

In addition, please note that we do not maintain a list of gay or gay-friendly counseling practitioners in North America and the rest of the world. It is therefore not possible to reply to correspondents who request such information. If you need the name of a local area practitioner, please contact your nearest gay and lesbian community center, which may maintain a local list. In most major cities, such centers listed under "g" in the local telephone directory or click here for a Internet directory.

For clients outside the Vancouver area, Gay Men's Counseling provides support through our online counseling options. For more information on the five long-distance packages we offer, please click here.
